Accessibility to deals means defining who in your organization can see your new deal. Teams or individual team members can be added at this point who will be able to see the progress made on your deal, or the deal can be assigned to a specific Team member.
This can be done in 2 ways.
- When creating a New Deal
In the new deal window, type in team members email address where it says ‘Accessible to’, and assign the deal from the option below, ‘Assignee’. Please note that the individual being given access or assigned to must be entered into the system as a ‘Member’. To remove an individual from having access click on the ‘x’ next to their email address/name
- Update an existing Deal
Click on an existing deal card, in the slider that opens select the first tab ‘Field’.
Scroll to the bottom until you see the ‘Links’ Section.
You can add a new team member and give them access here. For more options on accessibility click ‘Advance Access Permissions’
A new window will open where you can add and remove team members, also restrict what type of access they have, i.e view only/edit.
