Introduction and Types of Reports

Buzzflow allows you to develop a wide range of reports based off of the deals and deal progress you and your team enter into the system. The reports can be customized to reflect the information that is important, and help you identify trends that will help you achieve your business goals.

There are three broad types of reports that can be generated in Buzzflow from pipelines.

General Reports

This option will generate a general report based on the filtering criteria specified when creating the report. It could be one of many filters such as deal status (won/loss/abandoned), assignee, date fields and many other custom fields defined by you.

Deal Progress

This reports shows the progress of deals through all the stages for a specific period of time. For a selected period, it shows how many deals reached (not necessarily be in that stage right now) each of the stages in your pipeline.

This report can be further filtered based on the other fields such as assignee, created date and many other custom fields defined by you.

Deal progress for stage

This type of report will reflect data from all deals at or that have passed through a specific stage (not necessarily be in that stage right now) of your pipeline during the selected period.

This report can be further filtered based on the other fields such as assignee, created date and many other custom fields defined by you.

You can also create reports for people, companies and activities.
