Click on a Deal, in the slider that opens the second tab is ‘Notes’
Clicking on the blue ‘+’ button allows you to add a new note.
Notes are added in word pad format. You can add text and images that will help you with the deal, be it notes on their requirements, directions to their company, results of activities etc.
These notes can be viewed by everyone who has access to the deal.
Click on a deal, in the slider that opens the third tab is ‘Messages’.
Clicking on the blue ‘+’ button allows you to add a new message. When you add a message, you can type the message and then select which of your team members the note is for, you can also choose to notify them by selecting the check box so that they receive a notification and will respond immediately.
